The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge which was a nice touch. the bed was extremely comfy, giving me the best sleep ever. - the hotel's location is fantastic, being adjacent to the mall, cinema, and casino. - It was convenient to get to Manila downtown for meetings.

During my stay at Hilton Manila, I was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. In particular, Sugar from the lounge on the ground floor went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. She was incredibly attentive and provided helpful suggestions for local activities in Manila. The hotel's commitment to excellent customer service truly stood out.

Initially, I was asked to pay for dinner as it was not included in my package. Although it caused some inconvenience, I appreciate that the hotel acknowledged the mistake and rectified it.
